A visit to your worksite by any governmental agency can be stressful and disruptive if you’re not prepared. This is particularly true today, with heightened focus on workplace "raids" by ICE or similar enforcement agencies. This session will walk through the legal framework governing workplace inspections and enforcement actions, including proper response procedures, documentation considerations, and common missteps to avoid. Attendees will leave with a practical understanding of how to handle these situations lawfully and professionally.
