AI & Automation Workshop for Contractors

For construction teams who want to start using AI or level up, this session is a must for construction owners, execs, project managers, field leaders, and office administration.

This hands-on, half-day workshop is designed specifically for contractors who want to use AI and automation to save time, improve efficiency, and eliminate repetitive work. Instead of sitting through another generic AI presentation, you’ll bring your real work, real documents, and real challenges to the table and learn how to put AI to work immediately.

After registering, participants will receive access to an online portal with short, practical lessons and exercises designed to get the basics out of the way. You’ll make sure you have the right AI account, learn how to upload documents, provide useful context, ask better questions, and complete a few foundational exercises.

The portal will also help identify your role, the software you use, your current experience with AI, the repetitive tasks taking up your time, and what you most want AI or automation to help you accomplish. That information will allow national AI expert Chad Gill to tailor the live workshop around the contractors in the room, rather than deliver a one-size-fits-all AI class.

In-Person Training

You’ll learn how to:

  • Use AI effectively for everyday construction and administrative tasks.
  • Work with real company documents and information using AI.
  • Write better prompts and provide AI with the context it needs to produce useful results.
  • Identify repetitive, time-consuming tasks that can be streamlined or automated.
  • Apply AI to real-world challenges such as site reports, proposals, contracts, communication, documentation, and more.
  • Find practical “low-hanging fruit” where AI can immediately save time and improve efficiency.
  • Build AI and automation solutions around the way your company actually works.

Attendees must bring a laptop.  Advance registration is required. Snacks, refreshments provided.
