This session on Tennessee Drug-Free Workplace training gives both workers and supervisors the practical knowledge and tools they need to contribute to a safer, healthier jobsite environment. Participants will learn the basics of a drug-free workplace policy, understand why maintaining a substance-free culture matters for safety and performance, and get clear guidance on workplace expectations, testing procedures, and available support resources. Supervisors will receive additional insight on recognizing signs of substance use, how to address concerns appropriately, and how to support employees through clear communication and documentation. Whether you’re on the frontline or in a leadership role, this training helps your team stay informed, compliant, and more resilient.

Employee Session: 2-3pm, $225

Supervisor Session: 2-5pm, $325
